The hotel is well priced and located in an okay neighborhood. The room was large, brand-new, and had essential amenities like a shower and hairdryer. The marvelous and quiet location was an added bonus.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, in the best area. Our rooms with a whirlpool tub were much appreciated. The staff was personable and kind. We stayed for a trip and will definitely be back.

The location here is great, tucked away in a quiet industrial area. 🌆 We had a grab-and-go breakfast that was delicious and of good quality. The staff went above and beyond to help us, and they even let us check in early.

Stayed in an absolutely perfect queen room with a whirlpool tub. The location was great for me, close to the top 5 closest restaurants. It was not far from several stores, the airport, factory, and the highway.

Great location, comfortable beds, friendly front desk, good value for the price, available rooms saved our weekend.

We love the full breakfast in the morning, especially the little mini Danish and cinnamon buns! And we like that the menu changes daily too. Love the mini omelettes too!

The air conditioning vent in the bathroom was a little noisy/whiny.

Hotel was hard to find using gps

Planned to see Columbus major attractions and it was the best base for visiting all of them. Everything was amazing as expected. - the staff was patient and thoughtful all the time. - I had very good days staying at this brand-new hotel.

The staff, especially the lady at breakfast, was incredibly friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfy and they had a fitness center. The pool was enjoyed by us and our 1-year-old.

Felt truly spoilt, nothing to complain about.

The young lady at the front desk was excellent, but her courtesy and professionalism wasn't enough to cover up that fact that this is an old facility in need of maintenance and upgrades.

The room smelled of smoke ... heavily. I was told there wasn't another room available. The shower head was broken and stuck on a "jet" setting that made for a pretty poor shower. Furniture and furnishings were clearly dated and a bit beat up.

Easy to get to and from Ohio State Stadium. Were able to get into our room early and it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and not just fruit and granola bars!

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful interior of the hotel. Despite its location being a little out of the way, the Hampton Inn Columbus was clean and well-maintained. The first reception lady we encountered was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Additionally, the breakfast provided by Maribel was delicious and satisfying. We appreciated the thoughtful service from Mika, who offered us great dinner suggestions. we had a positive experience during our stay at the Hampton Inn Columbus. Additionally, I liked that the hotel had free water available during breakfast.
